Lavandula angustifolia ‘Munstead’ is an early-flowering cultivar with bright lavender-blue flowers. The leaves are smaller than most English lavenders and are strongly scented. It is a more compact form and would make a good low hedging plant. Needs full sun in well-drained soil.
The finished size is determined by the amount you prune, but if left Munstead will get up to 2ft high and over 2ft spread.
